When selecting your colour, the correct swatch image is shown for visual reference. Please check you are ordering the right colour.
Lead time is only an estimate which is up to 10 working days. This could be extended during busy periods or delay caused by incorrect order information. Lead time excludes delivery time.
We work on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) order schedule for stock and custom orders. We don’t expedite orders base on your time constraint. This keeps our ordering system fair for everybody. Please get in touch before placing an order that is less than our estimated lead time.
Please check your text and/or artwork is correct. We do not check for errors such as typos. Fees apply for remaking tags or stands already finished.
Double check you have all the order requirements you need filled out such as programming. We make what you order. If requirements such as programming are not filled out, we do not program the NFC chip.
A phone must have NFC and is turned on to use this tag or stand.
Depending on use, cosmetic damage such as scratches, abrasions and material wear will show overtime.
While we take extra care in making your stand, we can’t entirely avoid minor imperfections caused during handling.
Colours may look different when viewed on different device display.
Metallic colours look may look different when viewed from different angles and light source.
